Mt. Pirongia is just on my doorstep but is higher than the highest "mountain" in the U.K. By Kiwi standards this thing is just a hill, and deservedly so. When the weather is good enough i'm planning on flying down to Mt. Ruapehu which, at almost 10,000ft, is pretty damn big. The Katana could technically overfly it but i'd probably die of hypoxia. Is the picture worth it? Don't answer that...
