Back to the Backwater

With ATPL Module 1 over and done with CP34 have returned to the arse end of nowhere. Only to be told that we have to share rooms because the new accommodation block isn't finished yet. Oh, and the Katanas are still broken so we can't fly either. Great. Excellent forward planning there as usual guys, thanks so much. On the positive side of things the exam results are in and thanks to a concerted black magic effort i've managed to pass everything first time around and with a 93% average to boot. Sweet as. Homeward Bound

September 5th saw the return of CP34 to the U.K. for a spot of R&R before heading down to Bristol for the first stage of our Airline Transport Pilot License exams. Landing at Heathrow was a great feeling after being in "The Land That Time Forgot" for six months and even though we didn't get much time off I used it pretty well. Mum was on the receiving end of a truly awesome shock entrance surprise by yours truly at her 60th birthday party and after the exams were done with I also managed to take apart the Clapham night-life with Dody, Kye, Sarah, Charlotte and Lizzie. Posted by Picasa

A Day at the Zoo

After our massive night out in Auckland most of the lads decided to quit and head home. Penger and I stayed the course and spent the day at Auckland Zoo before heading out again in the evening. The animals were really cool to see up close even if they did all seem to be sleeping... Posted by Picasa
